Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the WinThemOver mobile app (“WinThemOver”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use WinThemOver. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use WinThemOver for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• choose a username that is offensive, impersonates others, or infringes anyone’s rights;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• use the app to harass others or to submit unlawful content;
• cheat, exploit bugs, or automate gameplay to manipulate scores or leaderboards.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User content

You are responsible for the messages and username you submit. Your in-game messages are processed by our AI provider to run the game (see the Privacy Policy). Public content such as your username and scores may be shown on leaderboards and profiles.

5. Premium subscription

WinThemOver offers an auto-renewable monthly Premium subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Purchases are handled by Apple and are also subject to Apple’s Standard EULA.

6. Disclaimers

WinThemOver is a game provided “as is” for entertainment. Its scoring and “persuasion analysis” are for fun and self-reflection, not professional, psychological or legal advice. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using WinThemOver and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
